Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individual clients' circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold confidentiality standards.

• Work in close collaboration with a dedicated treatment team, participating in interdisciplinary case consultations to enhance service delivery.

• Engage in regular peer review meetings to ensure the quality of care and support professional development.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community support options.

• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health to continuously enhance your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. Engaging with individuals from different backgrounds and with unique life experiences will require cultural sensitivity and adaptability in your approach to care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
