Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans that align with the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions when appropriate, focusing on community support and shared experiences.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at On Track Counseling Solutions, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• An active license in Arizona as either LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience is required, candidates with additional experience or specialized certifications in trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or child and adolescent therapy will be prioritized. Previous telehealth experience is a plus, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and client management.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
