Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, groups, and couples facing various mental health challenges.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care and effective treatment planning.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring clarity and accuracy in client records.

• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay updated with current mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults who may be underrepresented or have limited access to mental health services. Your focus will be on delivering compassionate care to clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As you foster a trusting relationship, your goal is to empower clients to overcome their struggles and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
