Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement personalized therapy strategies based on comprehensive assessments and evaluations to meet individual client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, including families, groups, couples, and individuals, addressing a diverse array of mental health issues.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to ensure a tailored approach for each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all records reflect the highest professionalism.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to remain informed about the latest trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Living Free, you will engage with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Many clients may have limited access to traditional mental health services, making your role vital in supporting their journey toward recovery and emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, with prior clinical experience preferred.

• Strong legal and ethical understanding relevant to the field of professional counseling.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a wide range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
