Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their individual needs and goals.

• Implement effective and creative interventions, regularly reviewing and adapting treatment plans to ensure client progress.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of each client session, including progress notes, treatment updates, and case management reports, in compliance with company policies.

• Exhibit outstanding customer service while collaborating closely with clients, families, case managers, schools, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care.

• Participate in clinical staff meetings and case consultations, contributing insights and learning from peers in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n
