Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while delivering care to clients based out of our detox center. Our practice operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to adapt to the scheduling needs of patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to accurately assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to effectively engage individuals, couples, and families in meaningful sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups that aim to educate participants on common mental health issues and build a sense of community among attendees.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and a holistic approach to patient wellness.

• Provide crisis intervention during emergencies, using your skills to stabilize situations and connect clients with appropriate resources.

• Teach clients about their mental health conditions and the available treatment options, fostering an understanding that empowers their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient sessions, upholding all legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track progress.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing a wide array of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Demonstrated skill in conducting mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy is essential, ideally with a focus on diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with patients and colleagues.

• Ability to adhere to professional boundaries and ethical guidelines, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, we prefer candidates who have extensive experience in crisis intervention, group therapy facilitation, and experience working specifically with substance use disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n
