Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new patients to identify their strengths, challenges, and treatment needs, establishing a strong therapeutic alliance from the onset.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups for individuals experiencing common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and shared experience.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care, ensuring all aspects of the patient's health are being addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention services and emotional support during urgent situations, demonstrating the ability to act decisively and compassionately.

• Educate patients about mental health management, coping strategies, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain detailed and confidential patient documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
