Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver a minimum of 15 hours of direct individual therapy each week, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client goals.

• Maintain a high level of clinical documentation and record-keeping that complies with state standards and organizational practices.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute behavioral health issues, ensuring timely and effective responses.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and social workers, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated mental health care.

• Actively participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with mental health best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
