Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring a focused and collaborative atmosphere. As part of our outpatient team, you will engage with clients primarily through teletherapy platforms, fostering therapeutic relationships that promote healing and personal growth. Operating hours are generally Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique mental health needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), effectively tailoring approaches to meet diverse client backgrounds.

• Maintain meticulously accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide a holistic approach to client care.

• Engage actively in case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing service quality and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions and community resources available to facilitate their journey.

• Stay informed on contemporary research and advancements within the mental health sector, continuously seeking ways to integrate new techniques into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will encompass individuals grappling with various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and more. By employing a person-centered approach, you will help clients identify their strengths and weaknesses, fostering resilience while addressing their mental health concerns. Your work will significantly contribute to their recovery processes, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy methodologies, with the ability to adapt interventions based on clients’ specific circumstances and needs.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills that facilitate effective interactions with clients and contribute to a collaborative team dynamic.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills that enable you to navigate complex cases and develop effective treatment strategies.

• Prior experience working in outpatient mental health settings, particularly within teletherapy frameworks.
