Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of clients to evaluate their substance abuse history and related mental health concerns.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that holistically address both addiction and underlying psychological issues.

• Facilitate engaging individual counseling sessions and group therapy workshops using evidence-based therapeutic approaches that promote recovery and resilience.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to ensure integrated care, including sharing insights and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients’ families, fostering their active involvement in the recovery process.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress and treatment in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client population will primarily consist of adults facing substance use disorders, often accompanied by co-occurring mental health conditions. Our therapeutic interventions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, with an emphasis on creating a safe and open space for self-exploration and healing.

Qualifications\n

• Valid license as a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW), licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Specialized training or substantial experience in addiction counseling and dual diagnosis treatment.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices, particularly for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to engage and motivate clients effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in an outpatient treatment center or a similar clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
