Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history, mental health status, and specific needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques tailored to each client’s journey.

• Collaborate with fellow treatment team members—such as psychologists, social workers, and healthcare providers—to ensure integrated, holistic care.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process, facilitating family therapy sessions as appropriate to strengthen support systems.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant records, ensuring all documentation meets organizational and legal standards for care provision.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be clients grappling with substance use issues, ranging from mild to severe dependencies. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
