Key Responsibilities\nAs a Mental Health Counselor, your essential responsibilities will include:

- Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions, fostering peer support and collaboration among individuals working toward recovery. \n
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care. \n
- Providing crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing substance-related emergencies. \n
- Educating patients and their families about addiction, effective recovery strategies, and available community resources. \n
- Maintaining meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Participating actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development. \n
