With a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, additional evening shifts may occasionally be required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to establish the unique needs and treatment goals of each client seeking support for substance use disorders.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to design personalized treatment plans, focusing on individual and group therapy modalities.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, where clients can share experiences, learn from one another, and receive collective support during their recovery journey.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention in substance-related emergencies, offering immediate support and stabilization for clients in distress.

• Educate clients and their families about addiction, recovery practices, and available community resources that enhance the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A strong understanding of substance use disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy in the context of addiction treatment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental approach toward clients.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with additional yearly bonuses.
