Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining the high standard of care our patients deserve. Our outpatient office environment supports a collaborative team atmosphere, where therapists work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to cultivate an integrated patient care experience. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some variability required to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patients' conditions and tailor personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, catering to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that address common mental health issues, helping to build a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support, ensuring continuity and quality of care for all patients.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in need, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques and support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients on their specific diagnoses and treatment options, as well as available community resources that can assist them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical requirements.

• Engage actively in case consultations and continuous professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed of the latest mental health advances.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Competency in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective treatment plans.
\n
• Experience in providing therapy to a broad diversity of clients, including individual and group settings.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to established professional boundaries.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and commitment to maintaining up-to-date documentation practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling capacity.

• Background in working with diverse populations and a desire to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues.

• Experience or training in crisis intervention methods is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
