Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee the clinical care for a varied caseload of patients, demonstrating proficiency in identifying and addressing psychological concerns.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to promote therapeutic progress.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and their support systems to inform treatment plans and strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement tailored resolution plans.

• Utilize advanced clinical skills to navigate crisis situations, delivering appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Document treatment sessions accurately, including strategy outlines, advancement summaries, and necessary updates to treatment plans.

• Provide ongoing mental health evaluations, ensuring adjustments to care strategies are made in response to evolving needs.

• Develop and deliver educational programs aimed at empowering patients and their families, enriching their understanding of mental health and available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve an outpatient population with varied psychological needs, ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral disorders. Your role will be pivotal in fostering resilience and independence, guiding each individual toward their personal growth objectives and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is essential.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a related setting is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Psychologist (PsyD) is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in outpatient mental health settings is highly desirable, along with familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth services. Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Summit Oaks Care Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:

• Flexible scheduling options, allowing you to determine your work hours between 5 to 40 per week.

• Bonus potential of up to $2,000 based on state licensure, in addition to the competitive hourly rate for part-time positions.
