As part of our outpatient office, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, collaboratively setting clear goals and integrating cultural considerations into the therapy process.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) tailored to individual, couple, family, and group contexts.

• Provide crisis intervention services, effectively responding to acute distress by coordinating care and ensuring a continuity of support for clients in need.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with skills and knowledge to foster effective mental health management.
\n
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes through outcome assessments, allowing for adjustments to treatment plans to optimize effectiveness.

• Stay abreast of current research, emerging trends, and best practices in mental health, integrating new knowledge into clinical applications.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and ensure confidentiality in all patient interactions to maintain trust and integrity in care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a diverse team of mental health professionals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in establishing rapport with patients from various cultural backgrounds.
