Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to accurately assess patient needs and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to guide clients towards recovery.

• Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational sessions designed to foster community support and address common mental health challenges.

• Engage in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support during urgent mental health situations, ensuring timely assistance and resources are available.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and additional community resources to empower informed decisions.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical obligations, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possess a current, valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and a proven track record of employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment strategies across diverse populations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by sound judgment and professional ethics.

Compensation and Benefits\n
