Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments that provide insight into each pasien's unique experiences, leading to tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a richly diverse patient population, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and social backgrounds. You will work closely with clients facing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in Texas.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and culturally responsive therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
