Work Environment\n

In this role, you will work remotely, utilizing telehealth technology to engage with clients across El Paso, Texas, and beyond. As part of a forward-thinking organization, you will be at the forefront of mental health service delivery through virtual platforms, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while still providing essential support to those in need. The typical workweek is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that utilize evidence-based practices, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other methodologies proven to be effective in achieving positive outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and other industry standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health providers to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continually improve service delivery and enhance therapeutic quality.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to support their recovery journey.

• Continuously update your knowledge base regarding the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health to inform your clinical practice.

The clients you will serve are individuals grappling with diverse mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and interventions to meet the unique needs of each client effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport quickly with clients.
