Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments through secure video conferencing to accurately identify clients' treatment needs and establish appropriate care plans.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Utilize virtual assessment tools to perform mental health screenings, ensuring early identification of treatment needs and support areas.

• Formulate, implement, and regularly revise individualized treatment plans based on in-depth assessments of client goals and clinical considerations.

• Engage in regular therapy sessions while demonstrating flexibility in adjusting treatment strategies in response to client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with colleagues on multidisciplinary teams to address complex cases and contribute to service delivery improvements.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in continuous education sessions and training workshops to stay updated with the latest mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in one of the following areas: Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).

• Strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic theories, modalities, and best practices applicable to individual and family mental health counseling.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth services and tools to effectively connect with clients in a virtual setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
