Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address each client's challenges, taking into account their unique circumstances.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff to provide holistic care.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with research, emerging treatments, and best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will impact a diverse client population facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in working with diverse populations and addressing a wide spectrum of mental health concerns.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect authentically with clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in using digital platforms for telehealth and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Training in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Family Systems Therapy is a plus.

• Experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
