Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your essential job duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering culturally sensitive counseling services for both mental health and substance use disorders to individuals and groups.

• Coordinating client care by consulting and collaborating with case managers and internal/external providers, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Maintaining accurate and timely administrative and clinical records in compliance with the RAMS policies and clinical standards.
\n
• Providing immediate crisis intervention and support as needed.
\n
• Participating actively in case conferences and team meetings, contributing valuable insights for improved client outcomes.

• Offering consultations to Healthcare Staff Associates (HSA) regarding specialized client care needs.
\n
• Conducting biopsychosocial assessments to ascertain client suitability for various treatment programs and work assignments.
\n
• Generating comprehensive psychological assessment reports, which may include vocational recommendations tailored to the client's understanding and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving individuals grappling with serious mental health conditions, including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, ADHD, trauma, and grief. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their challenges while providing support through both individual sessions and group therapy settings. Your expertise in various therapeutic modalities will enable you to tailor treatment plans that resonate with each client's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Social Work License recognized by state regulations, including LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• A thorough understanding of diverse psychotherapy modalities and mental health diagnoses.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
