Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that encompass the psychological, social, and emotional factors affecting clients’ mental health.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices and reflect each client's goals and needs.

• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions—using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—to help clients navigate through their challenges.

• Monitor clients' progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of each client’s sessions and progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.

• Engage actively in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills, including attending workshops and accessing ongoing training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Because we prioritize accessibility, you will also cater to individuals who may struggle with mobility or transportation challenges, providing them with teletherapy options. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving their quality of life and fostering coping strategies for daily living.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Full, independent licensure in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• All candidates must have a clean licensure record, free from any disciplinary actions.

• Strong evaluation skills, enabling you to make professional recommendations for effective treatment planning.
