Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.

• Create and maintain individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to our clients' unique situations and regularly adjust based on progress through ongoing assessments.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to families dealing with acute mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and providing resources for resolution and stabilization.

• Document all sessions, treatments, and client progress meticulously in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary client population includes children, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, requiring cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively meet their emotional and psychological needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• An active state license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience working with children and families in a therapeutic context.

Compensation and Benefits\n
