Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards and state regulations.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to discuss case management and reflect on therapeutic practices.

• Provide public education initiatives and outreach, enhancing community awareness of mental health resources.

• Collaborate with case managers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to clients' diverse needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of individuals facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and complex trauma. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring the delivery of culturally sensitive care that uplifts each individual and addresses their specific circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington state.

• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a third party.
\n
• Technology-savvy and comfortable using telehealth platforms and related tools.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to foster rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Adept at managing a caseload in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing client needs.

Preferred Experience\n
