Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized treatment and management plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and circumstances.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to evaluate psychological disorders and create actionable treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based psychotherapy modalities to deliver high-quality therapeutic services via telehealth and, when applicable, in person.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all clinical services, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols.

• Foster a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment that promotes open communication and a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Measure the effectiveness of interventions and modify treatment approaches as necessary, based on client feedback and clinical outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide counseling services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with mental health conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and grief. The ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds and with varied experiences will be essential in effectively addressing their concerns and enhancing their mental health outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
