Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and formulate precise diagnoses based on evidence-based practices.

• Create and maintain comprehensive clinical records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans, to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

• Develop personalized intervention strategies and therapeutic goals with clients, incorporating their feedback to adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, either in-person or via telehealth, to address a range of mental health concerns.

• Regularly measure and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results.

• Engage in professional development by staying abreast of advancements in the mental health field and integrating new knowledge into your practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse population with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and grief-related issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will leverage your skills to provide empathetic care to individuals from different backgrounds, creating a space for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 122,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
