This remote position supports a flexible schedule in a modern telehealth setting, tailored to promote effective patient engagement. You will have the opportunity to work independently while remaining connected with a network of supportive colleagues. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, emphasizing a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, identifying their severity, duration, and impact on daily functioning.

• Collaborate with clients to create customized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, desired outcomes, and personal preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor client progress throughout the course of therapy, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work in close partnership with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and comprehensive care, facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to refine clinical skills and share best practices.

• Act as a steadfast advocate for clients, helping to combat stigma and promote mental health awareness within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. This role requires a sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds and unique experiences of clients, promoting an inclusive therapeutic environment that respects individuality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals in treatment planning.

• Demonstrated success in facilitating positive outcomes for clients with mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
