Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required. Advanced degrees such as a Master’s are preferred.

• Licensure: Active licensure in Colorado in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of direct therapy experience is mandatory, demonstrating your ability to offer effective mental health support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $104,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
