In this full-time remote position based in Aurora, Colorado, you will play a key role in improving the mental health and well-being of our clients through evidence-based therapeutic practices. Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your home while remaining connected to a dynamic and supportive team. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs. As an outpatient facility, you will conduct therapy sessions primarily via telehealth platforms, fostering connections with clients across various backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and goals, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups to educate clients on coping strategies, support community building, and address shared mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.

• Tackle crisis situations with confidence, offering timely and effective intervention during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options available, and community resources to enhance their support networks.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards related to patient care.

• Engage in regular participation in professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities, demonstrating the ability to adapt techniques to individual client needs.

• Strong skills in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
\n
• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy services, especially to diverse populations.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering therapeutic relationships and effective collaboration.

• Demonstrated professional judgment and commitment to maintaining ethical boundaries and standards.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital communication tools.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have had prior experience in an outpatient setting, with specific competencies in crisis intervention and group facilitation. Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology is advantageous, given our remote service delivery model.
