Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for increased flexibility in managing your schedule while working within a supportive community health clinic framework. You will participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to ensure high-quality care standards, with the possibility of hands-on involvement when necessary. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, offering a structured yet adaptable framework based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing solution-focused methodologies.

• Implement diverse therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered approaches to foster client engagement and growth.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and protect patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient demographic, including adults and adolescents facing complex mental health challenges such as PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, and interpersonal relationship issues. Your approach will be tailored to meet each client's unique circumstances, fostering a safe and understanding therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
