Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific challenges and objectives of each client, continually adjusting approaches based on their progress.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote effective coping skills.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a seamless integration of care and client services.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients’ families, fostering an inclusive environment that encourages family involvement in the recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations in mental health practice.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, providing care to individuals across various age groups and backgrounds, including those with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The ability to work effectively with clients from diverse cultural contexts is essential, as is demonstrating sensitivity to their unique experiences and challenges, thereby enhancing their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a mental health professional, including Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Possess specialized training or substantial experience in mental health counseling and demonstrate a robust understanding of evidence-based practices.

• Exhibit exceptional therapeutic skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and motivate them through challenging situations.

• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in specific therapy modalities, telehealth service delivery, and a demonstrated history of working with a wide range of mental health disorders will enhance your application. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms is also highly advantageous.
