• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients utilizing video conferencing technology, ensuring a comfortable and confidential environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults experiencing low-acuity mental health challenges. Our patient population includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them through their challenges, enhancing their quality of life, and instilling hope and motivation for their future.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A full, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions against your professional record.
\n
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a nurturing and empathetic demeanor.

• Strong proficiency in technology and telehealth platforms to facilitate effective client communication and remote counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

We welcome candidates with a background in various therapeutic modalities, particularly those with experience in teletherapy. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and an understanding of the unique challenges facing remote clients will be advantageous. Additionally, any experience with community health settings will be a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and the extent of hours worked. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposits, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
