Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and methods for accurate diagnosis.

• Design individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques, regularly updating these plans based on clients' progress.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other practices aligned with best practices in mental health treatment.

• Deliver timely crisis interventions for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and stabilization when needed.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care and advocacy for clients.

• Engage in continual professional development, attending workshops and trainings to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Divine Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Our clients range in age from adolescents to seniors and present a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. This breadth of client diversity allows for an enriching experience, where you can apply your skills and learn from different therapeutic interactions.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Washington State (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health counseling role is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
