Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and, when appropriate, provide family, marriage, or group counseling based on your specialty.

• Perform mental health screenings and subsequent assessments to track progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals in case consultations and strategy sessions to ensure holistic care.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client sessions and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance therapeutic techniques and stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure in Washington State, demonstrating eligibility to provide mental health counseling.
