Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments by utilizing diagnostic tools and clinical interviews to accurately determine mental health conditions, strengths, and areas of improvement.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs, employing evidence-based methodologies to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns.

• Offer one-on-one psychotherapy sessions using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness techniques, adjusting your approach based on client feedback and progress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage collective healing and support among participants, fostering a sense of community and shared experience.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client sessions in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines and contribute to our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric professionals, to provide holistic care that meets the diverse needs of clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops, remaining informed about emerging trends and best practices within mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

Spring Health Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
