Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using standardized tools to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and history.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to design and implement personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring the integrity of client information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in clinical practices.

• Educate and support clients and their families, providing them insights on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources available to them.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Verve, you will work primarily with clients grappling with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and adjustment issues. Your role will involve tailoring interventions to fit the unique circumstances of each client, fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
