Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals facing mental health challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other emotional and behavioral issues. Your expertise in cultural competence will be crucial as you provide therapy that respects and acknowledges the diverse backgrounds of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of related experience in providing mental health counseling.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and cultural sensitivity in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
