Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor at Bright Tomorrow Counseling Center, you will:

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Monitor client progress continuously, adapting treatment plans based on evolving needs and new developments in their mental health journey.

• Maintain collaboration with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care.
