Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals who are grappling with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Our client base is diverse, necessitating a culturally competent approach, and interventions designed to resonate with each client’s unique situation. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.

• Two or more years of post-licensure experience, ideally with a focus on treating mood disorders.
\n
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methods such as CBT and DBT, with a demonstrated track record of successfully applying these modalities.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology to effectively coordinate care with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.

• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to connect with clients from varied cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with at least two years of specialized experience in treating mood disorders, showcasing tangible outcomes in their clinical practice.
