Key Responsibilities\n

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families, detailing mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to facilitate understanding and progress.

• Monitor clients' progress regularly, adapting treatment plans when necessary to ensure optimal care and recovery paths.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure seamless and integrated care experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals experiencing mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, as well as vulnerable populations, including homeless individuals, refugees, or victims of domestic abuse. Engaging with these groups requires a deep understanding of their unique challenges, providing tailored interventions that promote effective coping strategies and emotional resilience.
