Work Environment\n

This position offers remote work capabilities within a collaborative virtual environment, allowing flexibility while ensuring a supportive atmosphere for both therapists and patients. You will have access to advanced telehealth technology, enabling effective communication and therapy sessions with a diverse clientele. Working hours are primarily Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required to meet patient scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ conditions and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community among patients and addressing common mental health issues.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions and their treatment options while connecting them with available community resources.

• Maintain accurate case documentation that adheres to ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations, reinforcing our commitment to collaborative care and learning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in New Jersey.

• A solid foundation of knowledge concerning mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment practices.

• Experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering therapy to diverse populations, both in individual and group settings.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enhance patient engagement and foster trust.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical mental health setting.
