Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ history and challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused approaches.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor progress towards those goals.

• Offer teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients facing challenges in attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, adhering to ethical standards and ensuring confidentiality at all times.

• Engage in regular professional development to stay updated on best practices within the mental health field.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to share insights and strategies for optimizing client care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
