Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and concerns, utilizing a variety of evidence-based assessment tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with clients’ goals and therapeutic needs, utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on client feedback and progress, and fostering a safe space for growth and healing.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for clients facing transportation or mobility challenges, ensuring consistency and continuity in care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations.

• Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities, contributing to group supervision and peer feedback sessions to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Omni Healing Counseling Aid offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a rewarding salary, we provide:
