Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others, adapting techniques to effectively suit individual client profiles.

• Maintain thorough and confidential records of clinical interactions, ensuring all documentation adheres to HIPAA standards and promotes client confidentiality.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, equipping them with information regarding mental health conditions, effective treatment methods, and resources available within the community.

You will primarily work with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
