Work Environment\n

This role will predominantly be remote, allowing flexibility in your schedule, promoting work-life balance while still engaging deeply with your patients. Our outpatient office environment is collaborative, with access to regular team meetings and case conferences that ensure every clinician is equipped to provide the best possible care. The work schedule is generally Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet the varying needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that reflect an understanding of each patient's unique cultural background, allowing for tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring interventions are adapted to the individual needs of patients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that tackle mental health concerns, foster resilience, and promote coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver holistic and well-coordinated mental health care.

• Provide crisis intervention support, offering immediate assistance to patients facing acute mental health challenges.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources to ensure ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards while ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
