Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities to treat individuals, groups, and families dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated care that addresses both the psychological and practical needs of clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and stabilization support to clients experiencing acute distress, employing your clinical expertise to guide them through challenging situations.

Qualifications\n

• A current, independent, and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
