Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments and mental health screenings to assess the needs of students and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention services and short-term individual counseling to students experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and workshops focused on topics pertinent to student growth, such as stress management, resilience, and self-care strategies.

• Work collaboratively with campus stakeholders, including academic advisors and student organizations, to create comprehensive support plans and resources for students.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Demonstrated understanding of the specific mental health challenges faced by college students.
