Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health issues, creating well-informed, personalized treatment plans.

• Craft individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific needs and aspirations, ensuring that therapeutic goals are both relevant and achievable.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-driven methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate care and ensure an integrated approach to treatment.

• Educate and involve clients’ families in the therapeutic process, enhancing their understanding and engagement to support the recovery journey.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring the integrity and privacy of clients’ information.

Qualifications\n
