Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs, crafting personalized and goal-oriented treatment plans.

• Develop tailored treatment strategies, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate consistently with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated care for clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions for clients and their family members, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the treatment process.

• Document all client interactions and progress accurately, adhering strictly to regulatory and ethical guidelines to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our team, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a licensed mental health counselor, which may include:

Experience in providing therapy within outpatient environments is desirable.
